Tonnage Measurements are used for registering a vessel with Lloyds.
Tonnage Measurement Details
A tonnage measurement can only be authorised by a Governing Body. They are designed to give an accurate measurement of the vessel so that it can be registered with Lloyds. These are required by Finance Companies when the vessel is subject to a marine mortgage.
